1. Who we are
VoiceROI, Inc. ("VoiceROI", "we") operates voiceroi.com, demo.voiceroi.com and the demonstration phone line (305) 859-0047. By using these sites or calling the demo line you agree to these terms.
2. The demo is a demonstration
The phone demo, the browser demo and the ROI calculator are demonstrations of VoiceROI technology. "Harbor Point Dental", "Riley" and every price, schedule, insurance plan and appointment in the demo are fictional. Nothing in the demo is medical, dental, financial or legal advice, and no real appointment is created.
3. Communications consent
When you submit the demo form and check the consent box, you agree that VoiceROI may contact you at the mobile number and email you provided with texts, emails and AI voice calls related to the demo. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help. You may also email [email protected] to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from VoiceROI. You also agree that we may keep a record of the consent text you accepted, when you accepted it, and the IP address and browser you used.
4. Recording and AI disclosure
Calls to the demo line are answered by an AI voice agent, not a person. Each time you interact with the demo you consent to the recording, storage, transcription and sharing of your communications with the third-party service providers that operate the demo (telephony, speech and language-model providers, hosting and database), as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to have your conversations recorded, do not call the demo line. Do not share sensitive personal, health or payment information during the demo; it is a demonstration and no real appointment, record or transaction is created.
5. Confidential demo materials
Parts of the demo experience, including the conversation-flow diagrams shown after the demo form, are VoiceROI confidential information and are governed by the Confidentiality Terms, which you accept when you check the second box on the demo form.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the sites or demo line to send unlawful, abusive or automated traffic, to probe or attack our systems, or to impersonate another person. We may block or end access at any time.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The sites and demo are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceROI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites or demo.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
