Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: first and last name, mobile number, email address; the consent and agreement text you accepted and when; ROI-calculator inputs and any report you request; messages you send us.
• Demo calls: caller ID, call audio recordings, transcripts, the AI agent's responses, and call metadata (time, duration, outcome, the scenario you exercised).
• Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. We use privacy-friendly analytics and essential cookies only (see 8).
• From third parties: if you sign in with a VoiceROI account, the name and email on that account.

2. How we use information

to run the demo (recognize you by caller ID and personalize Riley's greeting); to send the demo-related texts, emails and AI voice calls you consented to; to review recordings and transcripts to test, secure and improve the product; to follow up about VoiceROI when you asked us to; to detect abuse and enforce our terms; to comply with law. We do not use the demo's call recordings to train third-party foundation models.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

consent (communications, recording); performance of a contract (running the demo you requested); legitimate interests (security, product improvement); legal obligation.

4. How we share information

with service providers who process data on our behalf and under contract: telephony and SMS (e.g., Telnyx), AI speech and language-model providers (e.g., ElevenLabs, OpenAI or similar), hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery, scheduling, and analytics. With professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. In a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with notice. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Text messaging

Mobile information collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Retention

Demo leads and consent records: up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you ask us to delete them. Call recordings and transcripts: up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized. Consent records may be kept longer where needed to prove consent under TCPA or similar laws. Server logs: up to 90 days.

7. Your rights and choices

Opt out of texts (STOP), emails (unsubscribe or email us), and calls (email us). Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected]; we verify requests and respond within the time the law requires (45 days under CCPA). You may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies (sign-in session, security) and privacy-friendly, cookieless-where-possible analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. Your browser's settings control cookies.

9. Your California privacy rights

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers; contact details; audio recordings; internet activity; inferences about your interest in VoiceROI. Sources: you; your device; service providers. Purposes: section 2. Disclosed for a business purpose to: the service providers in section 4. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA and have not in the preceding 12 months. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to non-discrimination. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

10. Other U.S. state rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have similar rights; use the contact in section 7.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Services from elsewhere, your data is transferred to the U.S. under applicable safeguards.

12. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at [email protected] if you believe your data has been compromised.

13. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information; contact us to delete any we hold.

14. Changes

We will post updates here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email where we have it.
